EPC Specializes in Stream and Wetland Permitting, providing all of the necessary services for residential and commercial projects to satisfy state and federal stream and wetland regulations. More specifically our services include:
- Performing baseline environmental reports including: Jurisdictional Wetland Delineations (JWD), Protected Species Assessments and Phase 1 environmental assessments.
- Compiling and submitting appropriate Section 404 and 401 Permit applications.
- We provide turn key mitigation services. Including stream and wetland assessments, restoration designs, restoration implementation and requisite monitoring.
